Owners Perspective magazine is the official publication of the Construction Owners Association of America (www.coaa.org). Owners Perspective is published quarterly and is read by more than 25,000 senior-level decision makers at both public and private facilities that directly own, develop, manage, construct and renovate their respective facilities. Owners Perspective reaches a broad scope of professionals with responsibilities ranging from C-level executives, Directors, Managers, Officers, Officials, Presidents, Supervisors, and Vice Presidents, just to name a few. These readers on average manage capital expenditure budgets of more than $250 million per year covering a wide array of products and services related to new construction and renovation. 91% of our readers have annual capital budgets in excess of $10 million and 46% spend in excess of $100 million annually.
