Ministerial orders are only valid for 14 days, so they must be constantly re-issued to remain in force. Often times when they are re-issued, they include amendments. Interim order Number 8, issued on June 17 2020, can be found on the website COVID-19 measures, updates, and guidance issued by Transport Canada under COVID-19 Resources. The new Interim Order Number 8 will consolidate two recently-expired Orders, but will contain no other significant changes. It can be found at:
