The new federal budget has added money for Student Work Integrated Learning Programs (SWILP). This program offers a new subsidy for flight instructors. The program will subsidize instructor ratings for candidates who have a conditional offer of employment. HAC will continue to search for ways to reduce financial barriers for those who want a career in aviation.
