On June 17, 2020 the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, a new standalone regulation which replaces Part XX (Violence Prevention in the Workplace) of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and amends other existing health and safety regulations, was published in the Canada Gazette.
