The first offering is Building Capacity from Within: Identifying Tomorrow’s Foreperson. This 8-hour course is designed for journeypersons who want to explore the possibility of moving to the foreperson position, for the journeyperson the company thinks may have the potential to become a foreperson, and newly appointed forepersons. The course offers a high-level, broad-brush view of the techniques and strategies used by forepersons to successfully manage all aspects of field labor and project productivity. It will be broken into four-2-hour modules and runs November 23rd, 30th, December 7th & 14th, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
