March 1, 2022 was an historic day for the construction industry in Saskatchewan. Prompt Payment came into effect and I for one can say I am ready to close that file. It will certainly take a bit of time for everyone in the construction chain to learn the ins and outs but at the end of the day this is a positive step forward for the construction industry.
