Since launching SupplierLink last year, we’ve collaborated with a number of buyers, infrastructure owners and industry stakeholders to determine the most important aspects of prequalification. As a result, we have come up with a series of new developments and enhancements to make SupplierLink the premium listing site for vendors, and the best management site for the procurement needs of owners and buyers.
FREE Tier, Pre-Qual List & Project Management
SupplierLink Saskatchewan is becoming the leading vendor engagement platform in Saskatchewan, housing the largest centralized database of Saskatchewan suppliers. All MCAS members can now join SupplierLink for free with the new Supplier Basic tier. This tier was designed for those that are unsure about the system, and to simplify the process for buyers onboarding their vendors. There will still be paid tiers (Supplier Pro, Buyer Pro, and Premium) with greater functionality depending on your needs for documentation, project management (including contracts, creating lists & bidding), compliance modules, analytics, and advanced verifications.
A new project management feature will be added to aid owners in vendor selection and management. This feature will allow owners to post projects and opportunities on SupplierLink. Vendors will be able to express interest in these projects and opportunities using their SupplierLink profile as a digital resume.
We have also added a new list feature that enables owners and buyers to add suppliers they have selected (including those on the Supplier Basic tier) to a prequalified list. The prequalified lists can be easily organized and managed by owners and buyers for preferred supplier selection.
