Over the years, OPBA has continuously evolved its professional development offerings to meet the learning needs of our members and stay ahead of sector trends. A prime example of this adaptability occurred during the pandemic. When faced with the challenge, we swiftly transitioned our Principles Certificate Program to a virtual format, leveraging D2L’s Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) for the final exam.
Now, as we rebrand the LMS as the Public Procurement Learning Lab, our focus remains clear: empowering procurement professionals with the knowledge and insights necessary to thrive in their field. The logo and name embody our audience-centric approach and underscore our unwavering commitment to excellence.
