The 2025 Reverse Vendor Tradeshow took place on October 29, 2025, bringing together 420 vendors and suppliers and 37 public agencies with 130 public procurement staff for a full day of learning, networking, and meaningful conversations. New this year, our optional afternoon session—Understanding the RFP Process: A Supplier’s Guide—and 1:1 pre-booked Speed Networking meetings added high-value touchpoints for both agencies and suppliers. Speed Networking was a major hit, selling out in under five minutes.
Following the tradeshow, exhibitors joined us for a casual Exhibitor Lunch, where we held the annual vote for the RVT Exhibitor Impact Award (also known as the “Best Dressed Booth”). Congratulations to the Town of Innisfil on their well-deserved win!
We also drew a prize for one public agency to receive a free 2026 OPBA Conference registration — congratulations to this year’s winner, Ontario Cannabis Store.
